This service is available to Ulster County residents who need care and treatment of an illness or injury.

The goal of the Certified Home Health Agency is to prevent hospitalization whenever possible, and services are provided according to a physician's orders. Care is reimbursable by Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance, or may be determined by a sliding scale.
