| Marlboro Hamlet Area Transportation Plan |

The Ulster County Transportation Council approved funding for a Marlboro Hamlet Area Transportation Plan to help address transportation issues and identify solutions for future implementation. The emphasis of this planning effort is to address US 9W/Western Avenue/King Street intersection issues, pedestrian crossing issues, and address parking in the Marlboro Hamlet area. An Advisory Committee has been established to help the community reach a consensus on the near-term and long-term future of the Marlboro Hamlet transportation system. The Advisory Committee is comprised of Town of Marlborough elected officials, local business owners, NYSDOT, and County staff. A consulting firm has been retained to assist with this twelve month planning effort. |
