Ulster County Legislator Alice Tipp, Chairman of the Community Services Committee, and Legislator Wayne Harris, along with Kathryn Puglisi, Director of the Ulster County Office for the Aging, announce three legal seminars during the month of November, which is National Caregiver’s Month.

Office for the Aging’s Elder Law attorney, Louis Klein, Esq., will provide information on "Elder Law and Asset Protection" at three locations throughout Ulster County.
