Monday, November 18, 2002, 1:00 – 5:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 6th Floor, Ulster County Office Building, 240 Fair Street, Kingston. The agenda will be legislative proposals and committee review. Wednesday, November 20, 2002, 1:00 – 5:00 PM in Legislative Chambers, 6th Floor, Ulster County Office Building, 240 Fair Street, Kingston.
