Ulster County Tourism Office Launches New Tourism Website!

Legislator Frank Felicello Jr., Chairman of the Education, Tourism and Cultural Affairs Committee announced, that Ulster County Tourism and Ulster County Information Services along with consulting services of Wendy Schollenberger, has created and released a new County Tourism website. Thousands of families nationwide will find planning a trip to Ulster County exciting and fun with the ease of browsing our new website.

We decided to "Kick it up a notch with a new format which is more comprehensive and user friendly to a visitor," stated Ulster County Tourism Director Peter A. Carofano. This all-inclusive site highlights outdoor activities, such as golfing, hiking and boating. Learn more about many historic sites and museums. Find the perfect accommodations, choosing from bed and breakfasts, dude ranches, campground, lodges, motels and renowned resorts. Visit one of the county’s many wineries, farm markets, or u-pick farms. "Our staff has updated and researched each of the more than 700 + listings to be the most accurate information available," concluded Director Carofano.

Although linked to the county government site, this new site has its own web address www.ulstertourism.info. For further information contact Ulster County Tourism at 845-340-3566.
