The Personnel Department announced the following open competitive exams:

• CASEWORKER AIDE. The starting salary is currently listed at $12.79 per hour.

• ALTERNATIVE SENTENCING CREW SUPERVISOR. The starting salary is currently listed at $11.88 per hour.

• WATER/WASTEWATER SUPERINTENDENT (Rosendale). The starting salary is currently listed at $36,000 annually.

• WATER/WASTEWATER SUPERINTENDENT (Wawarsing). The starting salary is to be determined.

• SENIOR PUBLIC HEALTH TECHNICIAN. The starting salary is currently listed at $16.86 per hour.

The exams for the above titles will be given on October 2, 2004. The last date for filing applications is September 10, 2004.
