Ulster County’s Rx can save you up to 50% on Prescription Drugs

Ulster County Legislature Chairman Richard A. Gerentine and Legislator Joe Roberti urge residents concerned about rising prescription drug costs to check out Ulster Rx, the County’s new pharmacy discount card program.

Ulster Rx enrollees can expect to save between 10% to 50% on prescriptions—depending on the type of medication needed and where it’s purchased.

The program consists of a local pharmacy network, a mail order service administered by drugstore.com and a Canadian pharmacy option through LibertyCareRxCanada.

All Ulster County residents are eligible for the program. The annual enrollment fee is $15 for individuals and $26 per family.
