SPECIAL LEGISLATURE SESSION

      At the direction of Chairman Richard A. Gerentine, and with the consent of Majority and Minority Leaders, the Regular Session of the Legislature scheduled for Thursday, October 13 has been canceled (for observance of Yom Kippur).

      Chairman Gerentine has scheduled a Special Session of the Ulster County Legislature for Thursday, October 6, 2005 at 6 PM in the Legislative Chambers, 6^th Floor, County Office Building, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York.

     Resolution deadline for the October 6 Special Session is Tuesday, September 27 at noon.

            The schedule for Thursday, October 6 will be as follows:

5:15 PM – Ways and Means in Library Conference room, 6^th Floor

6:00 PM – Joint Informational Meeting on Capital Project at Mental Health Facility with Marshall Beckmann
