MEDICARE PART D INFORMATION SEMINARS

The Ulster County Office for the Aging will be hosting information seminars for Medicare eligible seniors in Ulster County. These sessions are open to all eligible Medicare seniors and are intended to provide information regarding the new Prescription Drug Program, Medicare Part D.

Medicare Part D provides insurance coverage for prescription drugs through Medicare approved prescription drug plans, insurance companies, and other private companies.

In order to get this coverage, seniors must choose and enroll in a Medicare approved prescription drug plan that meets their needs. These sessions will provide information which will help seniors choose the program which is best for their needs.

Medicare Part D Information Seminars are scheduled as follows:
