Quiet Zone and Pedestrian Safety/Mobility Study

Ulster County Transportation Council (UCTC), the City of Kingston, and Town of Ulster invite you to attend an informational meeting to become familiar with the City of Kingston/Town of Ulster CSX railroad corridor quiet zone and City of Kingston pedestrian safety and mobility study.

The purpose of this study is to develop a quiet zone implementation plan to address concerns over train horn noise in the City of Kingston/Town of Ulster area as well as pedestrian safety and mobility issues within the City of Kingston.
