The Ulster County Office for the Aging has announced that a free yoga program is being offered to senior citizens beginning December 1, 2005. The Senior Yoga Program will be offered at the Ellenville Nutrition Center located at 50 Center Street, Ellenville, New York in the Trudy Farber Building.

The classes will be held every Thursday from 10:30 – 11:30 AM taught by instructor Kathy Carey. Senior citizens, age 60 and over, are welcome to come participate in this wonderful program. Again, these courses are being offered free of charge, so take advantage of a chance to experience yoga on behalf of Ulster County. For more information, please contact Kathy Carey at (845) 657-2714.
