The mission of Ulster County Information Services is to develop and orchestrate innovative and cost-effective telecommunications and information technology solutions for all of Ulster County Government. This includes providing technical guidance, expertise and support in the management of the County's computer and telecommunications infrastructure. These services and support often extend beyond the County Government to local municipalities, school districts, and external clients, facilitating the management and dissemination of public information and services. Fulfilling this mission requires the development and execution of both long and short-term strategic and project planning. It is the goal of Information Services personnel to carry out this mission with professional demeanor and respect for our customers and each other.

On-line Subscriber Access Service

The Subscriber Access Service provides direct computer access to a vast database of public information.  This service enables the general public to access Ulster County 's computer system and browse through selected information from the on-line data files.  To arrange for Subscriber Access Service, please contact our Customer Support line at (845) 334-5381 or you can go to the Ulster County Information Services web page where you can view/print a copy of the Subscriber Access Agreement.  You are asked to commit to one year of service.  If after that time you wish to cancel the service, we must be notified in writing.
