To make a reservation for next day curb to curb service call 845-334-8120, Monday thru Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Telephone confirmation is requested on the day of service.
We have buses with wheelchair lifts available. In an effort to better facilitate the transportation of our physically challenged passengers, we require all passengers who board via the wheelchair lift to fill out this form online or download this form and fax it to 845-340-3336 or mail it to Ulster County Area Transit, 1 Danny Circle, Kingston, NY 12401. The information is designed to aid us in determining which bus would be appropriate for the requested transportation.

If you are 60 or older, and you are registered with the OFA (use form below to register), you may have one round trip service per week on the Ulster County Area Transit System where you may give a voluntary contribution in lieu of the normal fare. (Drivers will provide envelopes for contributions.) Any other trips during the same week must be paid at the normal fare.
The Office for the Aging sponsors medical transportation for senior citizens in Ulster County. Transportation is free to registered seniors and the van is wheelchair accessible. Service is based on availability and advance reservations are required. Please call 845-334-8120 for further information.
