OFA partners with local providers to offer Personal Care Aide services to eligible clients, and also provides care directly through the OFA Homemaker Program.
Personal Care Aides visit the homes of seniors with temporary or chronic needs who cannot perform day-to-day tasks. Services may include:
- help with shopping
- meal preparation
- laundry and other household functions
- personal care
Each client is additionally assigned an OFA Case Manager.
