Rounds. An Ulster County Grand Jury indicted the defendant for possessing a loaded firearm, specifically a 9mm Taurus pistol with a defaced serial number, following a traffic stop. Both the driver of the vehicle and the defendant attempted to flee on foot and were apprehended by members of the New York State Police.
