UCAT Listening Session

The Ulster County Executive, UCAT and Planning Officials will host a virtual Listening Session on Wednesday, October 8, from 6 PM – 7:30 PM, to hear directly from riders about recent route changes implemented in September. The session will provide an opportunity for community members to share feedback, raise concerns, and help inform future adjustments to improve service and accessibility.

This public event will be held on Zoom. To access the meeting, attendees must register. 

When you register, please indicate if you would like to speak, so we can get a sense of how many speakers to expect. Be advised that each comment will be limited to 2-3 minutes (dependent of number of registered speakers). We look forward to hearing from you. 

Spanish/ASL interpretation will be available.

Riders unable to attend the virtual listening session can share their feedback by completing a print survey available on UCAT buses, or by filling out the online customer survey form.
