21 Elizabeth St Affordable Housing A proposed new 15-unit housing cooperative in Kingston on surplus County property. This project will offer affordable homeownership to households earning 60% AMI or less.
Shandaken Rail Trail Project This multi-use, non-motorized transportation and recreational corridor will connect the hamlets of Pine Hill and Highmount in the Town of Shandaken to Belleayre Mountain and Belleayre Beach.
Midtown Linear Park Community Space The County seeks to create a safe, accessible, attractive, and fun place for the community in the outdoor space on the Midtown Linear Park between Cornell and Downs Streets in Kingston. Green the Scene Green the Scene: Zero-Waste Bound! is a new grant program designed to reduce waste and promote environmental stewardship across the County.Through this program, organizations hosting fairs, festivals, and community events can apply for reimbursement grants of up to $2,000 per event to cover zero-waste-related expenses.
