From launching a user-friendly website to expanding support for individuals with disabilities and those living far from the County seat, we are working to ensure that essential services and information are easy to find, navigate, and use — regardless of location or ability.

The Trudy Center

The Trudy Center, located at 50 Center Street in Ellenville, serves as a vital hub for community and County resources in Western Ulster County. The Center offers a wide range of on-site services, including behavioral health support, youth and family counseling, wellness programs, nutrition coaching, and help with health insurance.

County Poised to Benefit from Funding for Broadband in Unserved Areas

Ulster County has been awarded $20.8 million through New York State’s ConnectALL Deployment Program to expand broadband access to nearly 1,300 unserved households, businesses, and community facilities located in more remote and less densely populated areas of the County.

Ulster County Launches Project SAFE to Enhance Emergency Response
