Adopting Proposed Local Law No. 11 Of 2026,  A Local Law Providing Real Property Tax Exemption Of The County Portion Of The Real Property Taxation For Surviving Spouses Of Police Officers Killed In The Line Of Duty In Accordance New York State Real Property Tax Law Article 4, Title 2 Private Property, Section 471

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the County Executive of Ulster County, in the Ulster County Office Building, Karen Binder Library, 6th Floor 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, on the 3rd day of September, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. on the following local law:

Adopting Proposed Local Law No. 11 Of 2026, A Local Law Providing Real Property Tax Exemption Of The County Portion Of The Real Property Taxation For Surviving Spouses Of Police Officers Killed In The Line Of Duty In Accordance New York State Real Property Tax Law Article 4, Title 2 Private Property, Section 471.
