NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the County Executive of Ulster County, in the Ulster County Office Building, Karen Binder Library, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, on the 6th day of May, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. on the following local law:

Adopting Proposed Local Law No. 4 of 2026, A Local Law Establishing A Demonstration Program Imposing Owner Liability For Failure Of An Operator Of A Vehicle In Ulster County To Stop For A School Bus Displaying A Red Visual Signal And Stop-Arm

Local Law 4 of 2026: All interested parties shall have an opportunity to be A Local Law Establishing A Demonstration Program Imposing Owner Liability For Failure Of An Operator Of A Vehicle In Ulster County To Stop For A School Bus Displaying A Red Visual Signal And Stop- Arm heard on said local law at the time and place aforesaid.
