NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the County Executive of Ulster County, in the Ulster County Office Building, Karen Binder Library, 6th Floor, 244 Fair Street, Kingston, New York, on the 6th day of May, 2026, at 5:45 P.M. on the following local law:
Adopting Proposed Local Law Number 5 of 2026, A Local Amending Section A38-3(A)-(D) Of The Administrative Code For The County Of Ulster To Reflect A Change Of Name Of The Workforce Investment Board To The Workforce Development Board And To Change The Residency Requirement Of The Board
