Supplier Handbook

The Ulster County Supplier Handbook outlines purchasing policies, processes, and definitions of regularly used purchasing terms. Surplus Auctions

Ulster County periodically auctions surplus vehicles, equipment, furniture, and supplies. Auctions are advertised in the County of Ulster's officially designated newspapers and can be found online at Auctions International.

Capital Projects Bid Deposits

For details on obtaining drawings and specifications for Capital Projects, refer to the published legal notice in the County's officially designated newspapers or contact Purchasing at 845-340-3400.

Checks for required capital bid deposits should be made payable to the Ulster County Commissioner of Finance.
