Film Permits

Filming in Ulster County may require permits or approvals depending on the location. 

  • Productions filming on Ulster County-owned property must obtain an Ulster County Film Permit. 
  • Productions filming on city, town, or village property must obtain permits from the applicable municipality. 
  • Productions filming on private property must obtain written permission from the property owner.
