On Friday, Ulster County Executive Jen Metzger and Chair of the Legislature Peter Criswell signed a "Sister Community" agreement with the Chernivtsi Regional Council of Ukraine in a virtual signing ceremony, and in the presence of local leaders and members of the Ukrainian-American community.
