Join the Ulster County Crime Victims Assistance Program for “Handling the Holidays,” a workshop for trauma survivors. Learn about common triggers and challenges during the holiday season, explore how being a trauma survivor can make these common challenges even more difficult, and talk about techniques and strategies survivors can use for coping with those challenges.
