Limited medical transportation (2 per week) is available Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Voluntary contributions are appreciated. The medical van is wheel chair accessible. Passengers who have an aide must notify the UCAT office at (845) 334-8120 when they schedule their appointment that the aide will accompany them. The aide rides free. Seniors 60 years and older must be registered with the Ulster Count Office for the Aging (UCOFA) for this subsidized service.
Our subsidized Paratransit is available through UCAT. A Paratransit application can be obtained by calling UCAT at 845-340-3333.
