2026 Agricultural District Inclusions

Ulster County will accept applications from landowners to have their predominately viable agricultural lands included into a New York State Certified Agricultural District.

Landowners seeking inclusion must send:

 

  • A completed 2026 Ag. District Inclusion Application
  • A copy of the relevant portion of the tax map
  • An optional description of the land

Received no later than Monday, March 30, 2026 to Burt Samuelson at bsam@ulstercountyny.gov
