High Risk Behaviors of Domestic Violence Offenders: A Discussion on Stalking and Strangulation

Keynote presentation by David Ryan, Retired Chief of Pound Ridge Police Department and Director of the Westchester County Domestic Violence High Risk Team, on stalking and strangulation as harbingers of deepening high-risk conduct from offenders.

Program is FREE of charge, and open to the public. Check-in and refreshments begin at 8:45 am.
