Clips should be 30 seconds or shorter. You must be 13-18 years old to enter. Submissions are due November 13.

The Department of Health will choose a first, second, and third place video. Winning submitters will get to choose from a skateboard, badminton set, sports equipment kit, outdoor games kit, and more! (Specific items subject to change based on availability.)
