Clinic is for uninsured/underinsured infants, children, and adolescents through 18 years of age. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Appointments are required.
Records of previous immunizations must be presented at time of the visit.
The following vaccines for children are available at our vaccination clinics (per applicable age and eligibility requirements):

- Flu vaccine.
- Diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis combination vaccines (DTaP, and Tdap)
- Tetanus and diphtheria vaccine (Td)

- Human papillomavirus vaccine (HPV)
- Inactivated polio vaccine
- Measles, mumps, and rubella combination vaccine (MMR)
