Housing Dev Corp BOD Meeting - September 19, 2023

The Board of Directors of the ULSTER COUNTY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION (the “Corporation”) will convene a meeting at 244 Fair Street, 6th floor, Kingston, New York 12402, on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023 at 3:30PM. The meeting shall convene for the purposes of electing an independent member of the board, and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
